Shipping

 

When will my order be shipped?

 

In the case of payment in advance or PayPal, the dispatch takes place within 2 working days after receipt of payment.

 

Which countries do you deliver to?

 

The products are currently being shipped to all member states of the European Union.

 

What are the shipping costs within Germany?

 

There are no shipping costs within Germany.

 

How much are the shipping costs abroad?

The shipping costs to Austria are:

The shipping costs to all other European countries are:

 

• € 19.90 inclusive of legally applicable VAT

 

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

 

Please check first whether the products are possibly with a neighbor or whether you have concluded a storage contract. If this is not the case, please contact us. We will be happy to contact the shipping service providers.

 

Which shipping service provider will my goods be shipped with?

 

As a rule, we send the goods with DHL or DPD. In exceptional cases, however, we can commission another shipping service provider of our choice. If you have a specific request, you can let us know. Please note that this can lead to delivery delays.

 

Do I have to pay the return costs myself?

 

No, we will cover the return costs within the 30-day return period. Please contact us for this and we will send you a return link.

 

What do I have to consider when I return?

 

Please make sure that the goods are packed securely for shipping. We are not liable for transport damage. In addition, please enclose the return form with the package.

 

Can I pick up my order on site?

 

No, it is not possible to collect the goods.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made.

The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time

With the PayPal payment option, is the payment debited before the order process is completed?

 

No, your payment will only be reserved with PayPal. Payment with PayPal is only due when you click the "Order for a fee" button in our online shop. However, if you cancel the order process prematurely, no payment will be made by PayPal.

 

When will I get a refund for my return?

 

The reimbursement is made after a visual inspection of the goods. As a rule, we need 1-3 working days to process returns. Please contact us if your refund will take longer than 5 working days.
